Three computers that contains WebSM on different platform: Windows, Vincent OS, Android

Hello everyone!

WebSM is the first project that is released with the possibility to explore the internet with a minimalist style and simple to use.

However, it is only available on Windows only. Which is not cool for the other platforms.

After a little of research, the best solution would to release WebSM on Linux Distributions on the first stage. If WebSM on Linux is successful. Research for release WebSM on Android devices and if successful. Release on Play Store.

Development process

All versions of WebSM will be in the same GitHub repository under the "src/" folder (except WebSM for Linux).

WebSM for Windows

WebSM on Windows will continues its development as it does for all software.

WebSM for Linux

WebSM on Linux is the first version that will be developed after WebSM for Windows, it is based on the famous GNOME Epiphany browser with the functionality of WebSM (simple to use, Sidebar).

It will be available on Flatpak when it's done.

Source code is available here: https://github.com/v38armageddon/WebSM.Linux

WebSM for Android

WebSM on Android will only begin its development when the Linux version is ready and on a stable mode.

It will be available on the Google Play Store when it's done.

What's planned for iOS, macOS?

Sadly, the Apple environment will not be planned in our line. However, we are open to all contributions for a iOS / macOS version of WebSM!
