New WebSM Version!

Hello!

Today is a new version for WebSM! With a little issue with Microsoft Store, I updated WebSM with new bug fixes and a new add!

Release note (06/04/2024):

• Fix a bug when a tab is opened, after closing a tab, it crashed the app.
• Add Download view.
• Fix a bug when clicking on "Return" on search, it reload the page.
• Update Privacy Policy, depecrating Visual Studio App Center.
